How do you create a high key photo like this one?

Other than a white backdrop - what else in lighting and/or photoshop would create this effect? thanks!
OK.. no photo shop needed.. none at all....
You need a very large light or two ... large white umbrella, large soft box large white reflector with two or three sides.. close to the subject.
The softness is easy with a soft filter on the lens or at the time of printing if with film.
