Sometimes when i land after jumping or i twist on my knee it feels like it clicks out then back in?

Sometimes when i land after jumping or i twist on my knee it feels like it clicks out then back in, its the most painful thing, it last about 1 hour (the pain) and it is completely unbearable and we have been to so many doctors and no-one knows what it is. It really restrains me from doing things at school. Do you know what it is?

I have been having knee problems, getting those times when I am limping it hurt so bad but am back up and in the game within a minute or two when I do this. While sitting I wrap my hands around the big muscle right behind the knee. Apply about as much pressure as you can stand and hold for twenty seconds. Then while still holding on very, very slowly start to open your leg, until it makes a full extension. Then hold the pressure for another ten seconds and release. When appling the pressure make sure your fingers are feeling the cords in your leg, that they are receiving the pressure that you apply. Let me know how this works for you.
