Top Lighting what do you think UFO's are?Aliens, ball lighting, supernatural, top secret aircrafts ect ??ever seen one?
I have never seen any UFO's.
I have watched a couple of documentary's and interviews posted on youtube and read abt it recently and apperently there are a LOT of cases that are unexplained and have been witnessed by a LOT of ppl even at the same time.Even pilots have reported seeing stuff and its all very interesting!
When we can not measure a phenomena at different times and places to got the same results , this mean that this pheno, ina is not scientific and it's based on some false facts according to our view to the world.
from the ancient years men used to refer to the mysterious phenomena as a super natural or as the foot print of Gods. but science improves that mystery can be removed with study according to our natural rules.
because no one study a UFO body with scientific method , no one can improve that its fact or not . but its clear that its lie out of science bindery , then its too close to be false. Science improves that its true and work on a strong bases other wise we couldn't share those thoughts without the help of science and scientists.

I didn't buy the TV my mother in law did. Said he needed it. I didn't agree but its their grandson too.
i personally dont think a 10 month old needs his own t.v.
anyway,
yes its a lot, but i think everyone tends to spoil their child. my son is 2 and every bday and christmas, he gets a ton of stuff. my mom (he's her first grandchild) goes crazy. she buys about double what we get him and he has a lot of stuff to open on friday at our house. my husband sometimes gets mad about the amount of stuff i get him, but i cant help it. its mostly clothes though.

Painted Scenic Backdrop What backdrops/props have you found most useful?
I'm starting a small studio and I was hoping for the insight of some experienced studio portrait artists. Which backdrops have you found most useful? What 2-3 colors/types would you recommend I start with? (I was thinking a hi-key white, a chocolate brown and then a pastel or a patterned one. Don't care for the painted scenic ones.)
Definitely black and white muslins, 10x20 or bigger. I answered your previous question about backdrop outlet and mentioned the fantasy cloths or whatever they call them. I got a bunch of them, some mottled, some solid color. I think I have 15 of them or so. I got a bunch of them off ebay with minimum bids, and I got them like 4 or 5 at a time from the same place to save on shipping when applicable. They can be put in front of white muslin, or for a different look, put them up in front of black. I've laid them on my platform and used them like a sheet, used them for wraps, curtains, very versatile, light and they have a nice broken up look so you can just smash them together in a little box and they look fine when you get them hung and stretch them a little.
I'd definitely look at your clientele to pick the other muslins. If you shoot little kids, that changes a lot versus shooting older people and teens, especially for males. I have a light blue and white one that works well for little boys, but thats about it. I have an orangy peachy painted one that works well for all females. I have a grey, a dark blue, an autumn one which is a little loud, but good in the right situations. I use the orangy one the most, aside from white and black.
I have a black fedora and an old black wool blazer than I keep around. The hat is pretty useful. If you do a lot of little kids, you gotta get one of those bubble shooting guns. Looks nice in photos, gets kids laughing and holds their attention.
Photography Childs What's the photo called where one person faces forward, & another faces sideways in a profile shot.?
It is not a mug shot. The photography studios use to do these shots a lot, especially with siblings. One child would be looking straight forward, and the other childs head shot would be floating in the upper right hand corner staring up towards the stars.
I'm trying to find a tutorial for that, and it's not the mug shot tutorial.
That is called Shot reverse shot (or shot/countershot) is a film technique where one character is shown looking (often off-screen) at another character, and then the other character is shown looking "back" at the first character. Since the characters are shown facing in opposite directions, the viewer unconsciously assumes that they are looking at each other.
Shot reverse shot is a feature of the "classical" Hollywood style of continuity editing, which deemphasizes transitions between shots such that the audience perceives one continuous action that develops linearly, chronologically, and logically

Sync Cord Where can I get a really long flash sync cord for my Canon 400D?
I take skateboarding pictures and I need a remotely triggered flash to light up the subject more, only problem is I'm an unemployed teenager, so until I get a job and get money I need to find a really long flash cord for cheap, help me out, thanks!
You can get a radio trigger off Ebay for less than $20 if you look, and then don't have the problem of PC cords that get tripped over and pulled loose and get tripped over and pull down your light stand... that sort of thing. It's about the same cost for a long PC cord, and the radio trigger will be much more useful.
It'll come from China... but it should work just fine until you can sell some of those skateboard shots and buy Pocket Wizards.
